An alignment based introduction with a slower pace so that we can focus on developing safe alignment and posture in foundational poses. This class is great for anyone working with injuries, starting out, or just wanting to brush up on the basics of their practice.

From challenge comes change. This exciting and challenging class will fire up your strength and core as you practice proper posture alignment and connect breath to movement while moving through demanding sequences and advanced options. YB3 is designed for intermediate to advanced practitioners with a solid practice and understanding of yoga postures and breathing techniques.

What goes up, must come down... This movement based, fast flow class aims to raise your heart rate, and then bring it back down with frequent periods of rest. A complete workout addressing both type I (yoga) and type II (high intensity) muscle fibers. HYB builds muscle, gets your cardiovascular system pumping and strengthens stabilizing muscles that help protect you. Strength training with flexibility and stretching helps build long, lean muscles. Feel the burn with a fusion of high intensity training and yoga.

This is a free class that targets all levels to give you a taste of what yoga is about.

The pace in this fluid, powerful class is faster than YB1 and links movement and breath together to detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind. With an emphasis on movement, balance, and intention, this class is great for all levels of experience. More complex poses may be introduced for advanced students: however, your instructor will give you options and modifications to practice at your own level.

Listen to your mind and body, and if you're feeling a little off, working too many hours, or grinding out too many reps at the gym, you may be in the throws of burn out. If so, restoration is your answer. This slow paced class incorporates fewer postures, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. RYB restores the nervous system and helps release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Centering your breath and body while using gentle movement to align the physical and mental, allows us room to see clearly, find our natural state and to heal.
